She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Von Fisher and Larraine Frances Price Fisher; her husband Dennis Parker; and her great grandchild Hunter James Locke. She is survived by: her children, Aaron Douglas Parker of Rock Spring, Laura Deanne Locke of Chickamauga and Kara Devon Williams of Chickamauga; her siblings, Karen Brown and Dewayne Fisher; and her grandchildren, Madison Parker, Dixie Locke and Luke Williams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
