She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Kolwyck; her parents, John Teague and Lila Belle Teague; and her siblings, Rev. John C. Teague and Martha Teague.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Eason of Ringgold, GA, Eugenia Patty of Lyerly, GA, Susan Burgess (Rodney) of Rossville, GA and Lamar Kolwyck (Peggy) of Ringgold, GA; her brothers, Gene Teague of Marietta, GA and Allen Teague (Shirley) of Calhoun, GA; her grandchildren, Buck Parker, Michelle Clayton, Jennifer Kinsey, Aspen Salanco, Cindy Willingham and Patrick Kolwyck; and her great grandchildren, Jameson, Reagan, Elizabeth, Eli, Savannah, Jake and Emma.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Gideons International or Alzheimer's Association.
