He is survived by: his wife Sally Kaye Holman Pauley; his children, Lisa Kaye Pauley and Richard Eugene Pauley, II (Lisa); his grandchildren, Logan Anthony Pauley and Delaney Grace Pauley; and his siblings, Charles David Pauley (Rebecca), Janet Raether (Ron) and Sandra Lewis (Darrell).
