He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Jane Sprayberry O'Neal; his children, Reverend Derrell O'Neal (Anita) of Chickamauga, GA, Terry O'Neal (Janet) of Rock Spring, GA and Monica Joy Wilson (David) of Chickamauga, GA; his grandchildren, Jordan Smith (Stevie), Jensen Floyd (Bradley), Alli Smith (Jack), Landon O'Neal (Katie), Spencer Wilson (Hagan), Caleb O'Neal, Shelby Wilson, Gracie O'Neal, Speshal Joy Salmon (Parker) and Splendor Pearl Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Brady, Caroline, Luke Smith, Josie, Jace Floyd, Kasley Smith, David Howard "Ward" and Lillie Grace Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
