He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby L. Osburn II and Della Jane McDaniel Osburn; and his sister Robin Osburn. He is survived by: his children, Joshua L. Osburn of Chickamauga and Kristy Taylor of Rossville; his siblings, Lynn Ray (Ernie), Lisa Frist (Jimmy), Sandy Turnipseed (Matthew), Kim Massey (Donnie) and Robby Osburn III; and his aunt Pidge McDaniel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Homes - Chickamauga Chapel (215 Lee Ave, Chickamauga, GA 30707). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Osburn Cemetery.
