With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Milton Rosser of Chickamauga, Georgia, who passed away on February 11, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lexie and Nina Norton Rosser; and his sisters, Geraldine Morris, Magaline Thomas and Virginia Barnhill.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Cole Rosser of Chickamauga, GA; his sons, Mike Rosser (Alicia) of Southern Pines, N. C., Danny Rosser (Robin) of East Brainerd, TN and Mark Rosser (Sharon) of Chickamauga, GA; his grandchildren, Peter Brownback (Rosalind), Amber Provenzano (Matt) and Megan Rosser; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Rosser, Thatcher, Laney Provenzano, Emily and Anna Brownback. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Elizabeth Lee Methodist Church at 139 Cove Road – Chickamauga, Georgia 30707.
