He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dout and Elizabeth "Betty" Felix; his wife Edna Harvey Dout; and his sister Sylvia Kendrick. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Kildoo and Jonathon Dout; his stepchildren, Cindy Harvey Arnold (Robert), Burt Harvey (Marenda) and Rebecca Harvey Lekowski (Rob); his grandchildren, Ben Harvey, Amanda Arnold, Kyle Harvey and Joshua Kildoo; and his great grandchildren, Allison Randall, Kage Wall, Bennett Harvey and Caroline Harvey.
