She was predeceased by: her father Jimmy Carr; her husband Rev. Auburn C. Davis (Pete); her mother Mary Jane Carr; her siblings, Ruby Rogers, Ida Lou Parish, Winifred Floyd, Jeanette Durand, Dorothy Myers, Roslyn Shepard and Roger Carr; and her parents-in-law, Frank and Sarah Davis.
She is survived by: her daughter Daphne Davis Jones; her son-in-law Jimmy F. Jones; her siblings, Elizabeth Laney and Gene Carr (Jean); and her brother-in-law Luther H. Davis (Buddy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Yvonne's memory to the Cochran First Baptist Church Food Bank or Benevolence Fund.
