He was predeceased by: his parent Marie Poole Yawn; his son Jerry Snelgrove; and his father-in-law James Edward Carter. He is survived by: his parent Russell M. Yawn; his wife Brenda Carter Yawn of Chauncey; his children, Cindy Yawn White (Billy) of Eastman and Paul L. Yawn (Shanda) of Brunswick; his grandchildren, Derrick Moore, Russ White, Devan Dixon and Carter Yawn; his sisters, Sue Bennett and Jan Law (Joey); his mother-in-law Betty Jo Cone (Billy) of Soperton; and his brothers-in-law, Tommy Carter (Tammy), Randy Carter and Several. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces, and Great-Nephews.
