She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Ridley; and her father Sam Layman. She is survived by: her children, Hillard, Earmel, Lonnie, Kenneth and Seth Layman; her sisters, Ola Boyer and Decca Smith Vivian; her children, Kerry Ridley (Crystal), Kim Ridley and Kristi Hawkins (Jamie); her grandchildren, Kameron Hawkins (Morgan) and Heather Rainey; her great grandchild Keelan Elder; her sister Lula Carroll; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Pierce (Tommy) and Vesta Ridley; and also Rogers Layman Brothers.
