She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelbert Anderson Betterton and Mamie Arlene Betterton of Chatsworth; and her nephews, Jarrod Edward Betterton of Chatsworth and Larry King Jr. of Chatsworth. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy J. Holcomb; her daughters, Shalan (Albert Pickle) and Shelly Holcomb (Jarrod Watson); her grandchildren, Hunter Pickle, Zachery Watson, Avery King, Brian Watson and Sadie Lackey; her siblings, Averett Betterton of Chatsworth, Tommy Betterton of Tennga, Ralph (Vida Betterton), Paul (Shena Betterton), Pete (Charlotte Betterton) and Juanita King of Tallahassee; her nephew Joseph Betterton; and also, Clara "Cricket" Pence and Jimmy Pence Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
