He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ruby Carnes, Johnny and Earlene O'Dell. He is survived by: his stepfather James Harris; his uncle Terry Carnes; his brother-in-law Juan Fernandez; his wife Kayla; his children, Chaise and Breanna; his parents, Annette Carnes and Timothy O'Dell, Sr.; his siblings, Amanda Garcia (Ruby), Jody Harris, Joni Harris and Bridgette Allen; and his nieces and nephews, Caleb Delgadillo, CJ Delgadillo, Timberly Fernandez and Miranda Fernandez.
