He was predeceased by: his wife Lina Faye Hall; his parents, Price Welch and Pansy Welch; and his siblings, Mildred Wilbanks, Maureen Wilbanks, Maxine Deal and Paul Welch.
He is survived by: his children, Bennie, Stanley Watkins of Chatsworth, Brenda Welch, Lisa Claudio of Groveland, FL and Jeff Welch of Chatsworth; his brother Bobby Welch of Chatsworth; his grandchildren, Josh Watkins, Nikki Ridley Carey Young, Tiffany Welch and Kristi Welch; his great grandchildren, Emma Watkins and Caylee Carnes; and his great great grandchild Haven Carnes (Michelle Waters).
