Payne Jr.; her sister-in-law Gena Payne; and her grandson Josh Woodard.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Dills; her daughters, Rhonda Woodard Williams, Donna (Andy Peters) and Wanda (Terry Walden); her sister Polly Dilbeck; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Sarah, Brandon, Dustin, Drew, Kayla, Adam and Hannah. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
