He is survived by: his wife Sherry Flack of Chatsworth; his daughter Marcy Henderson of Cheney, KS; his stepdaughter Lori Hill of Dalton; his siblings, Lloyd Flack of Germantown, DE, Barbara Pursley of Jackson, GA and Carla Sue Davis of Stillwater, OK; his grandchildren, Nathan Cook, Kayla Cook, Darien Hill, Jaycie Hill, Henley Hill and Tylor Brown; and his great grandchildren, Samus Cook, Kain Cook, Kota Compton and Charlie Compton.
