She is survived by: her husband Johnny West; her daughters, Andrea Craig (Calvin) and Amy Stephens (Jamie); and her siblings, Terry Burr (Denice), Phyllis Kirkpatrick, Kathy Ellis and Pauline Chappelear. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
