The memory of Renna Hagin of Chatsworth, Georgia, who passed away on December 23, 2024 at the age of 66, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tankersley and Hazel Tankersley; her husband Billy Hagin; her grandson Michael Slater; her brother Jerry Tankersley (Charlotte); and her brother-in-law Theo Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Michaela Slater (Eric) and Bradley Hagin (Miranda); her siblings, Charles (Joyce), James (Frances), Eddie Tankersley (Robbin) and Deborah Johnson; and her close friend Gus Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shawn Chapman Funeral Home (2362 US-76, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Baptist Church (400 Jackson Lake Rd, Chatsworth, GA 30705).
