She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hudgins and June Hudgins; her husbands, Nickie Edwards and Ben Howard; and her son Christopher Hudgins.

She is survived by: her son Nickie; her daughter-in-law Kassie Edwards of Chatsworth; her grandchildren, Khloe, Silas and Evan Edwards; her sisters, Vickie Long of Calhoun and Lisa; her brother-in-law Kirk Wagnon of Chatsworth; her brother Randall; her sister-in-law Dava Hudgins of Dawsonville; her brother Harold "Buddy" Hudgins of Chatsworth; her close friend Kenny Cox; and her cousin Shelia Hobgood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
