She is survived by: her daughter Gail; her son-in-law Steven Anthony of Chatsworth; her grandchildren, Spencer, Heather Smith, Zachary, Alysia Smith and Chase Smith; her great grandchildren, Gracie, Chance, Trenton, Landon, Mariah Smith, Madelynn and Meadow; and her sister Juanita Mantooth. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
