She was predeceased by: her husband J. D. Earnest. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Chris Earnest (Sally), Jerry Brett Earnest (Maggie) and Phyllis Lynn Earnest Lyles (Lawrence). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of Mrs. Earnest be made to The First Baptist Church of Chatsworth Food Bank 121 West Market Street Chatsworth, Georgia 30705.
