He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Allgood Hooper of Chatsworth; his children, Richard (Kay Hooper), Obie (Nikki Hooper), Franklin (Karen Zitta) and Carol; his son-in-law Anthony Ross of Chatsworth; his sisters, Brenda Lewis of Chatsworth and Connie (Mike Ellis); his siblings-in-law, Woodrow Chandler Jr., Joan of Greenville, VA, Frances Bishop, Alta Allgood, Dorothy Allgood of Petersburg, VA and Edward Tatum of Colonial Heights, VA; his grandchildren, Ashley Hooper, Nick, Brittany Ross, Madison Ross, Mary, Brad Dillard, Colby, Kassidy Hooper, Aaron, Sharah Hooper, Tiffany Hooper, Alex Hooper, Raven Hooper, Lavi Hooper, Michael Bishop, Sarah Dana, Kyle Dana, Katie Cain, Kayla, Andrew McIntosh, Lindsey, Wesley Smallwood, Hannah, Michael Lands, Faith, Ben Bailey, Joseph, Taylor Zitta and Franklin Zitta III; and his great grandchildren, Tytus Ramsey, Aubree, Abigail Ross, Aiden, Kaidy Almon, Ella Hooper, Sophia Stoker, Lilly, Ellie, Anna Smallwood, Hadley, Weston McIntosh, Jason, Dylan Lands, Corbin, Georgia Summer, Lucas, Lillian Bailey, Bohdan Zitta and Dillies. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, neighbors, friends.
