He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Fouts and Beverly Fouts; and his grandfather Ray Jones. He is survived by: his wife Anita Smith of Chatsworth; his daughter Lee Ann Smith of Chatsworth; his siblings, Derick Shipman of Chatsworth, Daphanie Gibson of Chatsworth and Brittany Ingle (Andy) of Chatsworth; his grandmother Ruth Jones; and his nieces and nephews, Jensen Dunn (Hunter), Tatum Beck, Kabela Ingle, Cheyenne Ingle, Peyton Ingle, Morgan Ingle, Lachlan Beck, Slade Dunn, Blaze Dunn and Legend Dunn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
