He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his father-in-law Eushel Rogers; his sisters-in-law, Lisa Levin, Vickie Manning, Amy Rogers and Patty Bias; and his pets, Starskey, Luna and Molly. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
