She is survived by: her children, Wayne Phillip Adams (Ty) of Chatsworth and Cindy Dudek; her grandchildren, April Hurst (Scott), Sherry Rayfield, Missy Adams, Mona Dudek, Lacey Curtis Bunch, Brandon Adams, Kristin Adams and Heath Adams; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Katie, Noah, Summer, Devon, Josh, Jake, Brittany, Alexis of Courtney, EJ, Sophie and Andrew; her great great grandchildren, Emberly, Charlie and Paisley; her siblings, Wayne Harrington of Urbana, OH, Bill Harrington of Columbus, IN, Phyliss VanHoose of Urbana, OH, Donna DeBolt of Urbana, OH and Connie Sue Harrington of Bell Center, OH; and her close friends, Frank and Shirley Hurst. She is also survived by her 7 children, her 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 3 great- great grandbabies.
