She is survived by: her husband Warren Carter; her children, Brenda Welch (Lisa Claudio) of Groveland, FL and Jeff (Aimee Welch); her stepson Warren Carter Jr. (Carlene); and her grandchildren, Carey, Karen Young, Nikki Ridley, Josh Watkins Kristi Welch (Ashley), Tiffany Welch Gabrielle Booker (Zackary Arrowood), Ronnie and Riley Distler.
A reception was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shawn Chapman Funeral Home (2362 US-76, Chatsworth, GA 30705).
