She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Ponders and Linda McCain Ponders; her daughter Roseann "Rosie" Ridley; her husbands, Raymond Ridley and Franklin R. Hamilton, Jr.; and her brother Donnie Ponders.
She is survived by: her son Miles; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Ridley; her grandchildren, Logan, Kelsi and Jordan Ridley; her siblings, Sally Hardy, Roy "Peanut" Ponders of Chatsworth, GA and Billy Jack Ponders of Chatsworth, GA; and her close friend Harlan Ridley of Dawsonville, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
