He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Rachel Sargent Phillips; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie Phillips (Melanie) of Savannah, GA and Randy Phillips (Marie) of Chatsworth, GA; and his brothers, Lamar Phillips of Altoona, FL and Leonard Phillips (Donna) of Plainview, TX.. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
