She was predeceased by: her husband Ivan Franklin, Jr.; her parents, William Kavanough and Estalee Arthur; and her siblings, Billy Arthur, Trenalo Crider and Betty Sue Timms.
She is survived by: her son Ivan III; her daughter-in-law Regina Franklin; her granddaughter Natalie J. Franklin; her sisters, Nina Jo Kilgore and Roselle Baker; her niece Rhonda Bryant; and her caregiver Donna "Carol" Cantrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (215 W Walnut St, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
