She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Daves and Mary Daves; her husband Bennie Cook; her sister Carol Miles; and her great grandchild Tallulah Grace Radford.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie, Larry Radford of Talking Rock, GA and Joy Howe of Chatsworth; her grandchildren, Lawrence, Cheyenne Radford, Justin, Emma Radford, Hannah Pass, Austin Pass and Breanna Howe; and her great grandchild Braylon. She is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shawn Chapman Funeral Home (2362 US-76, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
