It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Silvers (Chatsworth, Georgia), who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Silvers and Pauline Silvers; his siblings, Sam Silvers, Mary Lou Harrison, Hazel Brown, Katherine Sosebee and Judy Hall; and his daughter-in-law Dianna Silvers.
He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Silvers and Alfred (Sherry Silvers); his sisters, Joanne Tweed (Tot), Imogene Ridley (Susie) and Juanita Green (Tommy) of Chatsworth, GA; his grandson Brian; his granddaughter-in-law Erin Silvers of Chatsworth, GA; his granddaughter Beth Cooper; his grandson-in-law Rod Fender of Pensacola, FL; and his great grandchildren, Peyton Silvers, Beau Silvers, Katie Cooper and Cara Davis.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (215 W Walnut St, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
