He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Blackwell and Lowbethel "Head" Roach; and his brother William R. Blackwell Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Kayla Blackwell of Dalton; his son Nate Blackwell; his daughter-in-law Rylie Southerland of Dalton; and his grandchildren, Brian Gage Blackwell Moss, Khloe Anne Blackwell and Natalie Mae Blackwell.
