He is survived by: his family, Johnny and Kathi Waters; his children, Madalyn Jade, John Trippton Lee and Presley Rose; and his siblings, Jason Waters (Sissy), Jodi Matter (Craig) and Brittney McConkey (Benji). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
