He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Fowler, and Mimia Joe Leonard Fowler, Sr.; his siblings, Mary Lynn Fowler, Harold E. (Clotee Fowler), Bradford Fowler and George Fowler; and his son-in-law Jeremy Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Long Fowler; his children, Jared (Cynthia Fowler) of Dawnville Community, Jessica (John Nix) of Chatsworth, GA, Jennifer Stephens (Chasity) of Chatsworth, GA, Cody McCullough (Deranda) of Chatsworth, GA and Matthew Cox (Nathan Fowler) of Chatsworth, GA; his brothers, Billy (Joyce Fowler), Trammell (Jenny Fowler) and Johnny (Rita Fowler); his grandchildren, Logan Fowler, Annabelle Fowler, Laney Fowler, Courtney Nix, Ashley, Jeremy Watts, Christian Bell, Eli Bell, Amanda Bray, Andrea Fowler, Morgan Ferney, Corbin Cox, Adelyn Cox and Riverlyn Cox; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn Cokinos, Auden Bray, Maddox Payne, Lele Payne, Keianjre Banks, Zoey Johnson, Taylor Johnson, Ella Huffines and Aaliyah Banks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
