He is survived by: his wife Joanne Bivens (Parrish); his children, Jeremy Bivens of Chatsworth and Jennifer Gaddy of Chattanooga, TN.; his sister-in-law Linda Dempsey (Tunnel Hill); his grandchildren, Marlee, Barrett Gaddy and Scout Wade of Chattanooga; and his sister Rebecca Rhoden.
