He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah Welch (Grady) of Chatsworth and Sharon Bishop Swanson of Cleveland, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Gary, Grady Welch Jr. of Chatsworth, Anthony Bishop, Jamie Bishop of Cleveland, TN, Hannah Welch Dills, Hayli Welch, Erity Rose Dills of Chatsworth and Kathyn Bishop of Cleveland Tn.

Donations can be made toward his final expenses, which will be greatly appreciated.
