He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Carlock and Effarine Carlock; his sister Wanda; his brother-in-law Roy Blankenship; and his siblings, Clyde Carlock, Billy Jean Carlock, Harold Carlock, James Carlock and Elouise Russo.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Carlock of Dawnville, GA; his daughters, Kim (Bruce Fauscett) and Abby Carlock of Dawnville, GA; his brother Calvin; his sister-in-law Brenda Carlock of Eton, GA; his sister Sandra Pittman of Chatsworth; his grandchildren, Kenleey Carlock and Caroline Dukes; his siblings-in-law, Sandie and Lester Howard; and his mother-in-law Jewell Ash.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested the memorial donations be made to Peeples Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
