We bid farewell to Irene M. Chapman of Chatsworth, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 6, 2024 at the age of 82. Irene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pellom and Kate Pellom; her son Benjamin Kenneth Chapman; her grandchildren, Kevin Mauldin, Shannon Mauldin and Robin Chapman; and her mother-in-law Delanie Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Claude Chapman; her children, Leslie Chapman (Karen), Sonya Chapman and Rita Mauldin (Sandy); her brother Charlie Robison (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Blake Chapman, Tiffany Hatton (Brandon) and Jennifer Davis (Chris). She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Dalton Funeral Home.
