He is survived by: his wife Clarice Beaver Giddens; his children, Roger Giddens (Lisa) and Sheila Sherrill (Jack); his stepdaughter Alice Newgen (Steve); his grandchildren, Kevin Sherrill, Sharee Sherrill and Kristen Ridley (Bobby); his stepgrandson Josh Newgen (Crystal); and his stepgreat-grandsons, Tristen Newgen (Jess) and Austin Newgen.
