She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Fillmore Saylor, Sr. and Dorothy Kelley Saylor; her husband Floyd Elliott Ball; her children, Ella Mae Ball and Harold Ball; and her siblings, Myrtle Sexton, Ellene Hall, Bobby Sue Peace, Edward Saylor, Rufus Saylor, Moran Saylor, Millard Saylor, Jr., Oscar Saylor and J. D. Saylor.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Ball (Pat) of Harlan, KY, Ronnie Ball (Joyce) of Letcher, KY, Wilma Seither of Goodhue, MN, Randy Ball of Harlan, KY, Sonja Phillips (Steve) of Chatsworth, GA and Sondra Carroll of Chatsworth, GA; her sister Inez Saylor; and her close friend Sybil Forestor. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
