He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Chadwick and Lillian Chadwick; and his brother Chuck Chadwick. He is survived by: his sister Ester Chadwick; and his children, Justin, Joyce Chadwick, Tara, Paula Chadwick, Jim, Kristen Craig, Darrell, Jillian and Cole Chadwick. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and two dogs.
