He is survived by: his sons, William Charles Cook and Frederick Joseph Cook II; his stepdaughter Mary Frances Omen; his granddaughter Donna Marie Cook (Jordan Kinney); his sister Elizabeth Cheney; his niece Margaret Ann Cheney; and his sisters, Alice, Wanda and Sandra.
