It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Thomas Franklin Jr. of Chatsworth, Georgia, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Thomas Franklin Sr. and Mary Moore Franklin; and his wife Julie Andrew Franklin. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Keith Franklin of Chatsworth and Julie; his son-in-law Bradley Ridley of Chatsworth; his brother William Franklin of Covington, TN; his grandsons, Justin Ridley (Ashley) and Ben Ridley (Jade); and his great grandchild Grant Ridley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
