She was predeceased by: her husband John Chapman; her parents, Fred Chapman and Mae Chapman; and her siblings, Dorothy Aaron, Nena Sandford, William, Harley, Gene and Ernest Craig.
She is survived by: her children, Hazel (Ralph Hayes), Russell Chapman, Nancy Cline, Shirley, Roland Henley and Loretta Long; her grandchildren, Craig Chapman, Christy Bradley, Phillip Long and Kyle Long; and her great grandchildren, Linsley, Cedale Chapman, Crede, Avery Long, Summer and Chase Bradley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
