It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Frances Cogburn of Chatsworth, Georgia, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Phillips and Frances Wilbanks Phillips; and her sister Martha Phillips Gordon. She is survived by: her nephew William "Bill" Gordon; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha Gordon, Paxton Gordon, Christian Gordon and Payton Gordon; and also, Samuel "Sam", Rhonda Gordon of Chatsworth and Malcom "Mal" Gordon of Chatsworth.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Crandall Bible Methodist Church (P.O. Box 2, Crandall, GA 30711).
