He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Hubert McDonald and Alice Geraline Peden; his grandmother Hazel Crawford McDonald; and his sister Teresa Hammontree. He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Cameron; his children, John Isaac David McDonald and Beth Ann McDonald (Benjamin Daniels); his grandchildren, Ashton Zinsmeister, Scarlett McDonald, Ava Zinsmeister, Caroline Daniels and Charlotte Daniels; his siblings, Kevin McDonald, Rickey Hammontree, Robbie Hammontree, Debbie Hammontree and Denise Hammontree; and his uncle Crawford McDonald.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dalton Funeral Home (620 S Glenwood Ave, Dalton, GA 30721).
