He was predeceased by: his parents, L. H. Hipp and Margaret Kinnamon Hipp. He is survived by: his wife Carmon Beavers Hipp of Chatsworth, GA; his children, Colby Lee Hipp of Chatsworth, GA and Ashley Hipp Stafford; his son-in-law Greg Stafford of Dalton, GA; his brother Ronald; his sister-in-law Sheryl Hipp of Chatsworth, GA; and his grandchildren, Ryan Parker Stafford (RP) and Jaxon Reid Stafford. He is also survived by extended family including nieces.
Along with flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children or Children's Scottish Rite Hospital.
