He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; his parents, Dillard Carver and Verna Carver; and his daughter Mitzi. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Tiffany Gamble and Amy Lewis; and his brothers, Jack, Lee, Larry and Donnie. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
