He was predeceased by: his parent J. D. Burch; his daughter Candace Burch Baham; and his nephew Taylor Pullen. He is survived by: his wife Myrinda L. Burch; his daughters, Carmen Hawtin (Eric) and April Blackwell (Mark Wooten); his grandchildren, Kyle Kittle (Kelley), Clay Kittle (Lynsey), Paige Baham, Cadence Blackwell, Andrew Baham and Cason Blackwell; and his sisters-in-law, Vicky Pullen (Dale) and Paula Knowles. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
