She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny "Jack" Black; her parents, Temple Johnson and Ruth Johnson; and her siblings, Evelyn King and Johnny Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy (Brenda Black), Shane (Pam Black) and Greg Black of Chatsworth; her grandchildren, Cassie, Kelsie Black and Jaron Black; and her sisters, Linda Thompson of Birmingham, AL, Virginia Burton of Birmingham, AL and Ruth Van Amburgh. She is also survived by great-grandchildren nieces and nephews and cousins.
