She was predeceased by: her husband William Oscar "Bill" Hayes Jr.; her parents, James Willard Mulkey and Elzie Mae Woody Mulkey; her children, Donnie Hayes and Rita Hudgins; and her siblings, Charles, Eugene, Leroy Mulkey, Geneva Pace and Anna Lee Stone.
She is survived by: her son Larry; and her daughter-in-law Rhonda Hayes of Chatsworth. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
